GGB DP4® is an excellent product — but long lead times (8–12 weeks), high minimum order quantities, and premium pricing make it impractical for many buyers, especially in MRO, prototyping, and small-to-medium production runs.
Our JBM-40 is engineered as a direct dimensional replacement. It uses the same tri-layer metal-polymer composite structure: a low-carbon steel backing, a sintered porous bronze interlayer, and a PTFE/polymer fibre sliding surface. The result is identical load capacity, identical friction, and identical dimensional fit — at a fraction of the cost and lead time.
Every JBM-40 bushing is 100% lead-free as standard — not as an expensive upgrade option. This makes it ideal for automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers who need to meet EU ELV and RoHS requirements without paying a premium.
