By accessing our website, requesting quotes, or placing orders, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
JBM reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

Quotations and Orders
All quotations provided by JBM are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Orders are considered confirmed upon receipt of written acceptance and any required deposit or payment.
JBM reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. We will notify you promptly if we are unable to fulfill your order and will provide a full refund for any payments already made.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or invoice. Standard payment methods include bank transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C), and other methods as agreed upon. All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice.
For new customers, payment is typically required in advance or upon shipment. Established customers may be eligible for credit terms upon approval. Late payments may incur interest charges and may affect future orders.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. JBM is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation issues, customs clearance delays, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss and title to products passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB origin) unless otherwise specified in the sales contract. Buyers are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance coverage for shipments.
Limited Warranty
JBM warrants that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, accident, modification, or operation outside of specified parameters. Normal wear and tear is also excluded from warranty coverage.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, the buyer must notify JBM in writing within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect. The buyer must provide detailed information about the defect, including photographs and operating conditions. JBM may request return of the defective product for inspection.
Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, JBM will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or refund the purchase price. This is the buyer's exclusive remedy and JBM's sole obligation under this warranty.
Technical Support
JBM provides technical support and application engineering assistance to help customers select the appropriate products for their applications. However, the final responsibility for product selection and suitability for a specific application rests with the buyer.
Technical information, recommendations, and suggestions provided by JBM are based on our experience and are offered in good faith. JBM does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the use of our products.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JBM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use of our products or services.
JBM's total liability for any claim arising from our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the buyer for the specific products giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the nature of the claim, whether based on contract, warranty, tort, or any other legal theory.
Intellectual Property
All content on the JBM website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product specifications, and technical documentation, is the property of JBM and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Product designs, specifications, and technical information provided by JBM are confidential and proprietary. Buyers agree not to disclose such information to third parties or use it for purposes other than the intended application of JBM products.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of JBM products and services shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. JBM's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
