What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We offer high flexibility to meet your needs. For standard parts or items manufactured from our in-stock raw materials, there is no Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) required. We are ready to support orders of any size.
What is your standard lead time?
For items or materials currently in stock, orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days. For made-to-order products or high-volume production, we operate on a batch delivery schedule, with the first shipment typically ready within 25 days.
Do you offer customization services?
Absolutely. We support all forms of customization and OEM services. Beyond manufacturing, our experienced engineers are ready to partner with you to provide cost-effective design optimizations, ensuring you get the most reasonable and efficient solution for your specific application.
What is your sample policy?
In most cases, we are happy to provide samples free of charge for your evaluation. We kindly ask that the customer covers the associated shipping or courier fees.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard policy requires a 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance payable before shipment. Please note that we strictly do not accept payment terms based on Net days (e.g., Net 30/60).
