The JBM-50HP is engineered specifically for high-load, high-speed applications operating under lubricated conditions. Formulated with a specialized resin system, it delivers exceptional wear resistance and a reduced coefficient of friction, supporting high PV values. This material is capable of operating at speeds up to 5 m/s and handling PV factors up to 60 N/mm²*m/s.

1 PTFE/Fibre mixture 0.01~0.03mm Provides an excellent initial transfer film, effectively coating the mating surfaces of the bearing assembly to form an oxide-type solid lubricant film.
2 Sintered bronze powder 0.20-0.35mm Ensures maximum thermal conductivity away from the bearing surface and serves as a reservoir for the PTFE layer mixture.
3 Low-carbon steel Base Delivers exceptionally high load-carrying capacity and excellent heat dissipation.
