The JBM-T90 improves upon standard bronze wrapped bearings by incorporating a pattern of through-holes across the bearing surface. These holes significantly extend lubrication intervals and service life by acting as large reservoirs for oil or grease. Furthermore, the design allows for the collection of contaminants and abrasive particles within the holes, maintaining a cleaner sliding interface. The bearing retains the high load capacity, excellent chemical resistance, and superior thermal conductivity inherent to CuSn8 bronze, making it ideal for environments with high loads and slow movements.
